The reason we ask this question is to make sure the correct transceivers are selected for the switch or router the customer has.
We ask all our customers to  give us the router or switch model by answering our e-mail question.
We will contact the customer through Ebay by e-mail to inquire about the switch or router model number. In case no feedback is received, Compufox reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer’s money.

For international orders, we ask our customers to add their telephone number when they place an order.
Our products will be shipped from one of our two warehouses: Miami or Hong Kong.

Please note that custom duties are the responsibility of the importing party (you the customer).
Any shipment refused by a customer because of custom duties, and the shipment is returned to Compufox, the customer will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.

Return Policy

In order to return a defective product to Compufox, the following is needed:

An RMA number: Please email us to request an RMA number.

A copy of the original invoice.
The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox at his expense.
Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.
Very Important:
Please make sure to select the correct transceiver for your router or switch. Should you have any doubts about which transceiver will work for your switch or router, please email us.
All defective products returned to Compufox must be accompanied by a
printed test report
showing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No Refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

Can I install Compufox transceivers on Cisco, 3Com, HP equipment without affecting the warranty of the equipment the transceivers are being installed into?
It is a misconception to think that using third party transceivers will void your switch warranty. The truth is they do not. And more importantly, it is against the law for the OEM to say it does. The Federal Trade Commission's Magnuson-Moss Act protects consumers from this misconception! Under this act consumer warranties cannot include tie-in sales. In other words, Manufacturers cannot oblige you to buy their transceivers to keep their switch warranty valid.
