  • Condition: This is a used antique kitchen utensil. It shows some age and use wear, and needs some cleaning. Metal shows loss of plating,and light oxidation. Wooden handle retains much of original black finish. It has a small screw eye in top end, collector placed, for hanging. There are no chips, breaks, burns, cracks, repairs, welds, or off odors.

    This listing is for an authentic vintage antique kitchen utensil. This is an antique hand held potato masher.  It is made with a single piece of wire, with one piece ending at top of head, and other half wrapped into an open spiral resembling an old time beehive.  It has a turned wood handle, with original black finish.  It is 9-1/4" in length (excluding screw eye) and head measures 3-1/4" in outside diameter.   It is not maker marked.  Potato masher is in good used condition.    Please refer to "Condition" above and photographs for more information..
